Two career peaks came in 2023

Nishioka’s best Grand Slam results are two Round-of-16 finishes, and both came in 2023: the Australian Open and French Open. Those are his only results better than the Round of 32 across 38 tournaments.

His strongest season was also his only multi-deep run year

His two Round-of-16 finishes came at the Australian Open and French Open, and his only Round-of-32 result came at the Australian Open in 2020. Wimbledon never produced anything better than Round of 64, and the US Open never went beyond Round of 64.

Since 2014, he has played 38 Grand Slam tournaments and 57 matches, compiling a 19-38 record. That volume includes at least one appearance in every season from 2014 through 2025 except 2017, showing a long, steady presence despite limited deep runs.
