Peak came at the 2008 US Open quarterfinal

Her results declined sharply after 2008

After the 2008 quarterfinal, every Slam result was R128 or R64: 2009 brought three R128s and one R64, 2010 produced one R64 and three lower finishes, and 2011 ended with three straight R128 exits. The late-career pattern is a clear step down from her 2006-2008 peak.

She finished with a 22-24 Grand Slam record over 24 tournaments

Bammer played 24 Grand Slam tournaments from 2005 to 2011 and won 22 of 46 matches, a 48% success rate. That volume of matches is consistent with repeated early-round exits, despite the brief peak in 2007-2008.
