From 1983 onward, she reached the round of 128 in six of nine Slam appearances: 1983 Wimbledon and French Open, 1984 US Open, Wimbledon, and French Open, and 1986 US Open and French Open. The only exceptions were the 1985 Australian Open round of 64, the 1986 Wimbledon round of 64, and the 1988 Australian Open round of 64.

Her career was long but narrowly successful

Reynolds played 27 Grand Slam tournaments and 56 matches, finishing 29-27 for a 52% win rate. That places her at #253 of 1956 women in the Open Era and #53 of 449 among players from the United States.
