Peak Grand Slam run came in 2009-2010

Beck’s best Grand Slam results were all R64, and he reached that stage eight times. Six of those eight came in a two-year stretch from 2009 through 2010, showing his strongest period was concentrated rather than spread evenly.

2014 marked a clear step back

His final two Slam appearances in 2014 both ended in R128, at the US Open and French Open, after he had reached at least R64 in every Slam appearance from 2008 through 2010 except Wimbledon 2008 and Wimbledon 2009.

French Open was his most productive major

Among his 15 Slam tournaments, the French Open produced four R64 finishes and two R128 finishes. That gives him six appearances there, more than any other Slam in the results table.

He was most active at age 24

At age 24 in 2010, Beck played three Grand Slams and reached R64 in all three: French Open, Wimbledon, and US Open. No other age in the table shows three Slam appearances with three R64 results.

His Slam career was short and tightly bounded

Beck’s Grand Slam career ran from 2008 to 2014, covering 15 tournaments and 23 matches. Across that span he finished with an 8-15 record, meaning his wins came in only a little over one-third of his matches.
