Peak came in a two-year burst

Youzhny’s deepest Slam runs were concentrated in 2006-2010: two semifinals (2006 US Open, 2010 US Open), four quarterfinals, and ten round-of-16 finishes. That cluster accounts for all of his best-results markers in the dataset.

US Open was his strongest major

His best US Open results include both semifinals, plus a quarterfinal in 2013 and multiple additional runs to the last 32 or last 64. Across the four Slams, the US Open is the only event where he reached the semifinal stage twice.
